Why do you have to pull my toilet for hydrostatic testing?
Pulling the toilet allows us to properly test the system to top of the slab level.
Do you use the video cameras to test?
Cameras are used as an aide to testing. Videos are only taken upon request.
What are multiple exits?
Multiple exits simply means more than one drain pipe exits from the house to the yard.
What is your standard warranty?
One year in most instances. Restrictions may apply so be sure to ask the plumber. Also make sure to ask about our water heater warranty.
Do you install tankless water heaters?
Yes, we are certified by two leading manufactures as installers and service providers giving you more options. A site visit is required at no charge.
Do you provide free estimates?
We can provide free estimates so please contact our office for a discussion with a plumber.
Do you have your work inspected?
Yes! In areas that require inspections, we are sure to do so-even on water heaters (this is required by code). Inspections protect the consumer and help us maintain contact with the latest codes. Always ask about inspections!
